Hendrik has extensive corporate advisory experience including deal origination, negotiation, implementation, B-BBEE ownership solutions, expert valuations, transaction services, fundraising and strategic deal making.

He is experienced at executive and board level, including acting as a non-executive director to selected clients.

Hendrik qualified as a chartered accountant in 2001 after which he started his corporate finance career at PSG Investment Bank. He was the Managing Director of Charles Orbach Corporate Finance and subsequently the CEO and co-founder of Rock Investments and Pure Pharmacy Holdings.

More than 14 years accounting and financial management experience in a wide range of industries including insurance, property development, property management, services and retail.

In-depth experience in management of full accounting functions including submission of tax and statutory returns, payroll and monthly management reporting.
